②Conveyor belt transportation is normal: when the needle detector is started, the conveyor belt rotates normally, does not deviate, and has no abnormal sound;
③ Sensitivity of the needle detector: Put the standard test piece and the test piece of the needle detector into the induction frame, and cut in and move at a speed of 25m/min to carry out the test respectively. If two 1.0Fe (needle detector channel height 15CM) test pieces pass through the induction frame, and the needle detector makes a beeping sound, the sensitivity of the needle detector is qualified. If one of the test pieces passes through the induction frame, if the needle detector cannot make a correct response, the needle detector is unqualified, and it is necessary to find the cause, identify and eliminate the fault. The most common faults of the needle detector are: the conveyor belt is dusty or mixed with iron filings. The solution is to use a clean wet wool to wipe it. Note that the back of the conveyor belt is the place that needs to be wiped most, and the surface wiped is in the Not clean. Decreased sensitivity, demodulated with high sensitivity. ④ When the calibration results meet the calibration requirements, the needle detector is qualified, and the permit is attached.
⑤The needle detector should be calibrated regularly. Usually, the calibration period is determined according to the quality of the needle detector and the control requirements for product needle detection. Generally, the calibration period is three months. In conjunction with a conveyor-type needle detector, the exact location of metal residues can often be confirmed using a hand-held portable needle detector.
