The needle detector is a high-sensitivity testing instrument, which has relatively strict requirements on the environment and machine maintenance during testing. Due to the long operation and use time, some common use failures of the needle detector will occur after a period of use. Therefore, the conveyor belt and other easily damaged parts should be cleaned regularly every day during normal use. Find a clean towel, damp it with water, and wring it out until you can't get any water out. Then start cleaning, cleaning methods and precautions are as follows:
Conveyor belt surface cleaning: Note that the sensitivity of the needle detector should be adjusted to the lowest level before cleaning. If the needle detector has B/C mode, please adjust the needle detector to C mode, so as not to affect the next cleaning due to excessive sensitivity Work. Then straighten the towel and press it properly on the surface of the conveyor belt, start the machine, make the machine run for more than five times, then wash the towel and wring it dry, repeat this step again to wipe the conveyor belt until there is no obvious contamination on the surface of the conveyor belt. ; Cleaning the back of the conveyor belt: Then wash and wring the towel, pass the towel through the bottom of the conveyor belt from the lower part of the machine, straighten the towel, and draw the towel to the front of the conveyor table, hold both ends of the towel, and start the machine to run the machine for several weeks. Since the bottom of the conveyor belt is the dirtiest place, it needs to be wiped several times. After every few weeks of operation, remove the towel and wash it again and repeat the above steps.
After the needle detector conveyor belt has gone through the above two cleaning steps, adjust the sensitivity to 8 or the highest sensitivity, start the machine, and let the machine run. Any clothes with metal impurities, the clothes can pass through the needle detector channel smoothly, that is, the conveyor belt is cleaned successfully! If after cleaning through the above steps, it is still found that the probe light flashes continuously after the machine is turned on, and the clothes cannot pass through smoothly, because the above cleaning steps are repeated again. At the same time, during the test work after cleaning, it is necessary to avoid the surrounding interfering environmental factors, such as: people walking, the distance between large machines is too close and other factors need to be taken into account.
